Sourcing and management of a tenant representative or leasing agent, as required,
Initial site inspections, shortlisting and due diligence of viable property opportunities,
Collaboration with client and legal teams to facilitate lease negotiation and execution.

Direction and governance of the design team to ensure alignment with project objectives and client specifications,
End‑to‑end oversight of design documentation, including concept, development, tender, construction and as‑built deliverables.

Oversight and coordination of Landlord design approvals both pre‑ and post‑construction,
Management of Council levy payments and coordination of Certifier approvals throughout pre‑ and post‑construction stages.
